Who I am in the world is a COACH - a Life Coach and a Business
Coach and a HealthWise Coach and a Group
Coach and an Authentic Happiness Coach and a Coach who Speaks
about what matters most !
What I notice is that, even as I attempt to write down the
specifics of what in the world I do, the details are already
always changing. And, truth is, I also get bored easily and
enjoy diversity and new challenges.
As an Authentic Woman, one of my discoveries is that being
real and true to myself requires that I be willing to change
and shift and follow my passion. I coach from the place of
understanding how we are all always growing and evolving and
becoming. I seek to honor that pulse in myself and in others
and to encourage its unique beat.
Still, if there is a theme that weaves its way through all
my pursuits, it is Authentic Happiness. I believe that happiness
is our most resilient, creative, and productive state AND
it is a choice we get to make again and again. I have studied
Authentic Happiness Coaching with Dr. Martin Seligman and
dived into David Cooperider’s work on Appreciative Inquiry
and Daniel Goleman’s on Emotional Intelligence. Bottom
line - what it is all about for me is, authentically and full-heartedly,
caring for self, caring about others, and caring with others
for the world.
Where it all started for me was 35 years ago as I learned
to care for myself and my son through some serious health
challenges. How it evolved was through my hunger to learn
and my passion to teach about vibrant health and living a
balanced life. What my journey has grown to include are larger
and broader conversations and actions about living authentically.
What I love to do without compromise is find ways to walk
the two worlds of life and business coaching and weave them
together because there is no separation in having a happy
life. How I care for myself along the way is by surrounding
myself with a wonderful husband and son and friends and colleagues
whose love and support sustain me. And there's more...

Rev. Marsha Lehman, M.Ed., MA
I am a masterful mentor, a passionate minister and a fiercely
loving life coach.
I mentor individual women who want to touch, taste, see,
smell and sense their life vision in order to live it fully,
lovingly and effectively. I minister to circles of women who
want to connect with the Authentic Woman Leader within and
link with other feminine leaders to transform the world into
a place that works for all. I coach groups of women who are
spiritual entrepreneurs, practicing the art of focus while
bringing about financial success.
To casual acquaintances I appear mostly “normal,” yet,
those who know me best have found me to be full of “out
of the box” surprises. Minx says that I bring the encouragement
of playing on “the edge” to our writing, classes,
and events.
I am a minister in the relatively new but spiritually powerful
movement of United
Centers for Spiritual Living
and a staff minister at Creative
Life Spiritual Center.
I live in Liberty
Village, a co-housing community
that a lot of people mistakenly think
is a commune but that is really a vibrant, fun-loving neighborhood
of caring professional adults and creatively brilliant children.
What I value deeply is connected relationships that are
constantly growing and freshly changing for the best… relationships
that increase in creativity and love… relationships
that are continually ready for the “next step.”
My brand new, most mystical, wise, and deeply insightful
teacher is my grand daughter, Eleanor Electra Lehman. I call
her Ella Bella. Other profound teachers and gurus in my family
include my husband, Denny, daughters Sharalyn and Angela and
their husbands, Adam and Neal.
My life theme has proven itself to be “authenticity.” How
does a woman stay connected and true to that spiritual voice
inside that speaks uniquely to her and her alone about relationships,
health, service, and the energy of love? This question continues
