What
I want for each of us as women are abundant opportunities
to appreciate, celebrate, and express both our unique Self and our interconnectedness. As a coach, I work with individuals
and groups in a process of inquiry designed to encourage personal
discovery and inspire positive action that brings joy and
meaning to life.
As women, we sometimes build a life that we are not really in...too busy, too many shoulds and distractions...too whelmed over by all the stuff we've taken on. Yet a more authentic life is possible, one that is a true reflection of who we are, what really matters, and what brings us great satisfaction.
I believe that we are each naturally creative and resourceful but, as someone wise once said, "none of us is wise enough alone." In a coaching partnership, my focus is on listening deeply and offering guidance that will enhance the skills, inner knowing, determination, and passion that you, the client, already possess. Together we explore possibilities as you identify and achieve personal milestones, goals, and dreams.
Education/Background:
- B.A., University of Pennsylvania
- Trained in Appreciative Inquiry© and as a facilitator of the Transformation Game™
- Qualified through CAPT to administer the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator)
- Founder of Fourfold Path Inc. which offers programs for both intimate groups and large audiences designed to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
- Co-author of a number of workbooks, trainings, and essential conversations including the Visionheart© Series, Women I Am©, and Energizing Your Life©.
- Trained and practiced as a nutrition consultant in NYC and now, in Florida, as a HealthWise™ Coach - exploring the dynamics of health and vitality
- Accomplished chef and cooking instructor committed to promoting the art and science of eating healthfully
- Completed 6-month program in Authentic Happiness Coaching with Dr. Martin Seligman.
- Completed certification program in The Art of Convening through Heartland Institute.
- Graduate of CoachU 2002 and credentialed as Professional Certified Coach PCC in 2003 and then Master Certified Coach MCC in 2006 through the International Coach Federation.

On a personal note, I am married to my exactly complementary partner for almost 40 years (continually exploring just how opposites attract and stay attracted) and am the exceedingly proud mother of one now very grown-up son.
